Established in 2009 as an affiliate with DriveWise Canada, Excellence in Driving Awareness (EDA) is revolutionizing the driver training industry by incorporating state-of-the-art virtual reality driving simulation with hands-on instruction into a driving experience that challenges trainees and hones driving skills. We accomplish this by exposing the driver to realistic driving situations including varying weather, traffic and time of day conditions as well as high risk-situations that cannot be conducted safely on the road. 

PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Throughout my career with the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service as the Light Fleet Manager, road safety and decreasing risk had been a top priority. During that time, I had the privilege of being exposed to numerous advanced and basic training methods to establish and improve driving skills. One method has stood out clearly above them all. Virtual reality simulation provides invaluable and engaging learning experience that offers all the benefits of being able to train for a variety of high risk-scenarios, without the threat of collision or injury.

The effectiveness of this training, the measurable results, and the exceptional cost-benefit value for clients led me to seek out the latest technology and right partners to share this experience with all drivers.
